Hot & humid
Up at 6:00 - the rest got up about 7:30 - I made coffee - done last night's dishes - fried chicken for the picnic - wiped water where it had rained in - we left about 10:30 & went across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge tunnel - cost $6.55 ea. way - ate our dinner on eastern shore at a roadside table - stopped at Lynnhaven Beach on way home - Mary - Billy - Laurie & I waded in the water - we all went in Duck Inn & had drinks - came home & cleaned up a little - then went to Dowlings for awhile - had hot dogs - raw fried potatoes - green beans & cole slaw - Stayed home tonite - Ruby came over for awhile - Bed at 11:00.
