Up at 6:45 - Wind & rain today - didn't do much. Wrote a letter home this A.M. - done a little handwashing - cut sleeves off of Hank's green work shirts & hemmed 2 of them up - Made gingercake for supper - also spaghetti - Ruby came over this P.M. Catherine called. Gave Billy a bath tonite & I took a shower. Watched tv - Went to bed at 10:00.
