Up at 7:45. Peeled potatoes & cooked [shorthand] salad, also boiled eggs for salad - done dishes left from [shorthand] bkfst. Billy & I picked Gladys, Ronnie & Cindy up - went to S.S. & Church - home at 12:30 - Got dinner lined up for Jim but he was sick & didn't come - had steak - potatoe salad - cole slaw, baked beans - graham jams - sliced tomatoes - It rained off & on all day - real damp & muggy - stayed home [shorthand --] diary. Went to bed at 10:30.
