Cloudy this A.M. - Rained all afternoon.
I took a bath right after breakfast while Mom & Dad done dishes. We went to the Air Station this morning - Mom got 5 pair of hose. We ate lunch there then went to Atlantic Mills - Mom & Dad got me a desk lamp for my birthday - It's real pretty & I got some beads & earrings - Mom got a whistling teakettle & headscarf. Stopped at Be-Lo on the way home. Got home about 1:00. Billy took a nap - I cleaned house & garage this afternoon - Mom sewed. Gave Billy a bath after supper. Called Mary Holmes.
Didn't get Hank's letter mailed.
No mail today.
Wrote to Bertha Talley tonight.
