Sunny & cool
Up at 6:30. The sewing machine man came out about 9:00 - there was a thread caught in the race. After coffee we went to Ship's Service. I got a bra - comb - thread. Went to Short Stop but they didn't have any 2-14 - went to Bayside - Mom went to Colonial & I went to the Dime Store & got brown rick-rack - went back to the base & down where ships come in. Came home & ate lunch - went to Midge's this P.M. - then went to Colonial & I turned in my silver dollars - got a pail of sand for Billy. Was going to Dowling's but Pat, Roger, Roy & Tina came & spent the evening.
