Sunny - windy - cool
Up at 5:00. Straightened up the house - got breakfast & done dishes - got ready - Called Gladys. Munson called about 9:00 with a message from Hank to meet him at NOB about 11:00 - we left about 9:45 - got to NOB about 10:15 - the ship didn't dock until 2:00 - quite a wait but Billy was real good. Shadduck's wife & little boy sat with us - first time I had met her. We got lunch from the canteen & ate in the car. I didn't spot Hank on the ship for quite awhile - As soon as he got off we came home - he stayed awhile - then had to check in at the base - I read the paper - got supper. We ate at 5:15 - Hank brought me a 3 strand pearl choker - perfume - cigarette case.
