Billy & I went to the base this A.M. - got the car filled up - went down & saw Hank at work - stopped at the Garden Shop & got white picket fence to put around the flower bed - went to Penny's & got Billy's pictures - a pr. of tennis shoes for him - went to Kresge's & got bird food etc. - also got material for 2 pr. of summer p.j.'s for Billy - ate lunch at Burger Chef - home about 1:00 - couldn't get in - Hank had jammed the garage door - went to Gladys's & stayed until 2:30 - She came home with me & helped me get the door open - Hank came home as she was leaving - he put the white fence up - I picked strawberries -
