Cold today - Snow this afternoon -
Up t 7:30 - ate at 9:30 - Made beds etc. before breakfast - Midge came before we ate - She stayed until noon - after lunch I laid down & got Billy to sleep - then called Pat - worked on the cracks in the living room - filled them with spackling compound - got all the outside walls done & part of inside - the Sears man came to check the washer - had to rebuild the pump - cost $10.40. Snowed this afternoon. Supper at 6:00 - wrote to Sheri tonight - called Dowling's - filled some more cracks - wrote in diary.
