Up at 7:30 - Washed 5 loads & hung them outside - Hank had duty - Billy went to Jimmy's to play - I went to check on him - Stayed quite awhile - had coffee with Ruby - Took the Xmas tree down while waiting on clothes - After lunch I took all the decorations down & put them away - cleaned the kitchen - living room & hall - Ruby came for coffee - Jimmy stayed until 5:30 - fixed grilled cheese sandwiches for supper - was reading the paper when Midge came - She stayed until 10:45 - Billy went to sleep shortly after she got here. She brought me 13 eggs. After she left I wrote to Mom & Dad - didn't go to bed until 1:30.
Letter from Mom
Wrote home tonight.
