Up at 6:45 - Straightened up the house - hung the fall clothes out to air - washed 3 loads - Looked for the sewing machine all day but he never did come - Called late afternoon & said it would be Wed. or Thurs. I kept Jimmy while Ruby took Pat to the doctor - had him here for lunch - She got back about 2:30 - Midge & Brenda came about 1:15 & stayed until about 3:00. Billy took a nap after they left - I washed dishes & got clothes in - After supper we got eggs & went to Be Lo - no tv tonight - It was broken. I wrote in diary.
Also took the storms & screens out of the bedroom windows this A.M.
Mailed letter to Mom & Dad
