Got up at 7:00 - Clarence called before breakfast & asked us to come up - We went up there after breakfast - had coffee - then we all went up past Aplington to see the train wreck where a 19 yr. old truck driver was killed - Got back to Issy's at 12:15 & ate lunch there - Mom & Dad went downtown & got peaches - I stayed & talked to Issy - Left about 2:30 - Stopped at Aunt Freda's on the way home & had lunch - first time we had seen her - Mrs. Shearn was there - came home & got supper - Stayed home tonight - no company - Billy went to bed early -
